Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms. By visiting this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a consultation, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to website use and to services unless a separate signed agreement establishes different project-specific requirements.
2. Service Information. Information presented on this website describes the types of home renovation, remodeling, installation, and related services we may provide. Website descriptions, photographs, examples, and general pricing information are provided for reference and do not create a guarantee that a particular service, material, design, or configuration will be available for every property.
3. Consultations & Assessments. Initial consultations, telephone discussions, online inquiries, and preliminary assessments are intended to help identify project requirements. A consultation does not constitute authorization to begin construction. Final recommendations may change after an on-site inspection, measurements, engineering review, permitting requirements, or discovery of existing property conditions.
4. Proposals & Project Scope. A project becomes authorized only after the applicable proposal, estimate, or service agreement has been reviewed and accepted according to its stated requirements. The written project documents will identify the agreed scope, materials, allowances, exclusions, pricing, and anticipated schedule. Items not expressly included are outside the original scope.
5. Property Conditions. Renovation work may reveal conditions that were not visible during an initial inspection, including deteriorated framing, outdated wiring, plumbing deficiencies, moisture damage, pest damage, code issues, or other concealed conditions. When such circumstances materially affect the work, we may provide a written recommendation and revised scope before proceeding with the affected work.
6. Change Requests. Requests to modify layouts, finishes, fixtures, dimensions, materials, colors, equipment, or other project elements must be approved through an appropriate change order or written authorization. Changes may affect project pricing and completion dates. Work associated with a requested change will not be considered part of the original contract scope unless documented accordingly.
7. Materials & Substitutions. Material selections are subject to availability, manufacturer specifications, discontinued products, supply conditions, and applicable building requirements. If a selected item becomes unavailable, an equivalent alternative may be proposed for approval. Any resulting price difference will be communicated before the substitution is incorporated into the project.
8. Scheduling & Delays. Project schedules are prepared in good faith and depend on many factors, including permitting, inspections, supplier availability, weather, subcontractor coordination, material delivery, and site readiness. Events outside our reasonable control may require schedule adjustments. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes and coordinate a revised schedule.
9. Site Access & Homeowner Responsibilities. The homeowner is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property and designated work areas during scheduled working hours. Necessary utilities, parking access, and safe working conditions should be available where required. Personal valuables, fragile belongings, pets, and occupants should be kept away from active construction areas.
10. Permits & Compliance. Where applicable, required permits, inspections, and code-related requirements will be handled according to the responsibilities stated in the project agreement. Additional requirements identified by authorities after work begins may affect the scope, cost, or schedule. Work will be performed in accordance with applicable requirements relevant to the contracted services.
11. Payments & Project Balances. Deposits, progress payments, and final balances are governed by the payment schedule contained in the applicable agreement. Amounts become due according to the stated milestones or invoice terms. Failure to make required payments may result in a temporary suspension of work, rescheduling, or other remedies permitted by the applicable agreement and law.
12. Warranty & Service Requests. Any workmanship warranty will be provided according to the terms and duration stated in the applicable project agreement. Manufacturer warranties for appliances, fixtures, equipment, and other products are separate and remain subject to the manufacturer's requirements. Warranty coverage may exclude ordinary wear, improper maintenance, misuse, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or damage caused by third parties.
13. Cancellation & Rescheduling. Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be submitted in writing as soon as reasonably possible. Depending on the project stage, the homeowner may remain responsible for completed work, approved design services, specially ordered materials, restocking charges, fabrication costs, or other non-recoverable expenses identified in the agreement.
14. Website Use. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate another person, or use submitted information for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
15. Intellectual Property. Website content, including original text, logos, graphics, layouts, photographs, designs, documents, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to the business unless otherwise indicated. No portion of the website may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially reused without appropriate written authorization.
16. Third-Party Services. Certain products, manufacturers, subcontractors, professional services, or external resources may be involved in completing a project. Third-party services may have separate terms, warranties, licenses, or requirements. Where applicable, those terms will apply to the relevant third-party product or service in addition to these terms.
17. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from website use or contracted services will be governed by the applicable written agreement. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
18. Dispute Resolution. If a concern arises regarding a project or service, the parties should first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication and good-faith discussion. Project-specific agreements may establish additional procedures for mediation, arbitration, notices, or other dispute-resolution requirements.
19. Privacy & Communications. Information submitted through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By submitting a service inquiry, you authorize reasonable communications concerning your request or project. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.
20. Updates & Entire Agreement. We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our services, website, or legal requirements. The version applicable to a specific project is determined according to the project agreement and its effective date. If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. These terms, together with any applicable signed project agreement, represent the understanding governing your use of the website and requested services.
